Solar Push to Be Highlighted on Panchayati Raj Day Goa has selected Tivim and Dabolim as model solar villages under a new renewable energy initiative. The project, to be highlighted on Panchayati Raj Day at Kala Academy in the presence of CM Pramod Sawant, aims to ensure 24×7 solar-powered households and infrastructure through central schemes.
