Phase 1 Repair Cost Estimated at ₹75 Lakh The Mangrove Boardwalk developed under the AMRUT Mission and inaugurated in 2018 by late Francis D’Souza has reportedly fallen into complete disrepair due to lack of maintenance.Built at an estimated cost of ₹2.27 crore using public funds, the structure has now been removed. Reports of anti-social activities in the area have also surfaced. Authorities estimate that repairs for Phase 1 alone could cost around ₹75 lakh.
