Existing office to continue; part of building to house Disaster Management Cell The Captain of Ports Department has clarified that the newly inaugurated terminal building does not include any provision for a casino. Director and Head of the Department Octavio Antony Rodrigues said the existing Captain of Ports office will continue to function, while its first floor will be converted into a Disaster Management Cell. The clarification comes amid speculation over the use of the new facility.
