Kamat appoints nodal officers; pothole-filling drive underway with hot-mixing planned PWD Minister Digambar Kamat, accompanied by Porvorim MLA and Tourism Minister Rohan Khaunte, inspected the ongoing flyover work at Tiscar Junction in Porvorim. Minister Kamat announced that the Bicholim Executive Engineer and Superintendent Engineer Dattaprasad Kamat have been designated as nodal officers to oversee road issues until resolved. He further informed that two JCB patchers will be deployed over the next five days to fill potholes, with hot-mixing of roads planned if weather permits.
