₹60-crore GTDC project to transform the property into a modern hospitality and tourism hub Chief Minister Pramod Sawant on Wednesday laid the foundation stone for the redevelopment of Mapusa Residency, launching a ₹60-crore tourism infrastructure project by the Goa Tourism Development Corporation. The project will upgrade the existing facility into a modern hospitality hub featuring hotel rooms, banquet halls, commercial spaces, recreational amenities, a restaurant, café and basement parking.
