Contractor’s Negligence at Controversial 90/10 Building in Curchorem

Customers forced to risk crossing dangerous drain as access to shops blocked Curchorem Councillor Balkrishna Hodarkar has alleged negligence by the contractor of the long-disputed 90/10 building project. He claimed that the contractor failed to provide a safe passage to shops operating in the old Portuguese-era structure, forcing customers to dangerously cross an open drain to reach the premises.
