Goa Zilla Panchayat Elections: Polling on December 20

Over 8.69 lakh voters to decide fate of candidates across 50 constituencies Polling for the Goa Zilla Panchayat elections will be held on December 20, with a total of 8,69,356 eligible voters set to exercise their franchise across the state. V/O: The elections will determine the outcome in 50 Zilla Panchayat constituencies.To ensure a smooth and accessible voting process, the Election Department has made arrangements for 1,284 polling booths across Goa. Adequate security and logistical measures are also being put in place to facilitate peaceful polling. Authorities have appealed to voters to participate in large numbers and strengthen the democratic process.
