High Court Upholds Tivim Comunidade Land Lease to MIT Group

Petition alleging undervaluation and code violations dismissed The High Court of Bombay at Goa upheld the Tivim Comunidade’s decision to lease over two lakh sq. mtrs. of land to the Pune-based MIT Group for an educational institute. The court dismissed a petition alleging the ₹12.50 per sq. mtr. lease was undervalued, fraudulent, and violated the Code of Comunidades, ruling that the allotment and government approval were valid.
