Private Owners Unwilling to Give Land, Says Foundation Laid at Morjim, Keri MLA Jit Arolkar said toilet and changing room projects at Mandrem and Ashwem beaches are delayed due to lack of available land. “Private landowners are not ready to part with land,” he stated. He added that foundation stones have been laid at Morjim and Keri for similar facilities.
