Mapusa Court Orders Medical Examination of Ajay Gupta

Birch co-owner’s health grounds cited in bail plea; court to decide after medical report The Mapusa JMFC court on Thursday directed that a medical examination be conducted on Ajay Gupta, co-owner of Birch, following the filing of his bail application. V/O: Gupta has sought bail citing health-related reasons as one of the key grounds.While the court has not passed any order on the bail plea at this stage, it has sought medical test results to assess his condition. Informing the media, Gupta’s lawyer stated that the medical examination report will help the court take a decision on the bail application in due course.
