MLA Michael Lobo Condemns ‘Pakistan Zindabad’ LED Board Incident

Says attempt made to create communal tension; urges youth to remain calm and let police investigate Reacting to the ‘Pakistan Zindabad’ LED board incident in Arpora and Baga, Calangute MLA Michael Lobo said that no one has the courage to make such statements in Goa and alleged that the act was intended to create communal discord. He added that Goa’s Hindu and Muslim communities have always lived peacefully and suggested the possibility of hacking behind the incident. Lobo urged the youth to stay positive and not take the law into their own hands, assuring that police are investigating the matter.
