Road work to begin in September; MLA assures accountability and timely completion Saligao MLA Kedar Naik addressed concerns regarding the deteriorating road condition at Pilern. He stated that the hot mixing plant is ready, but work was delayed due to rain, as starting during the rainy season would have caused further damage. Naik assured that the road work will commence in the first week of September and, along with Saligao Panchayat, he is taking full responsibility for its timely completion.
