“Srujanotsav – Festival of Edible Tubers” to Be Held in Sattari

Exhibition of 80 tuber varieties and traditional tastings planned The Vivekanand Environment Awareness Brigade will host “Srujanotsav – Festival of Edible Tubers” on 1 February 2026 at Dronagiri Laxman, Kalmachivhali, Bhuipal, Sattari, from 10 AM to 4 PM. The festival will showcase 80 varieties of edible tubers and offer tastings of traditional dishes, with tubers contributed by Suryakant Shankar Gaonkar and Datta Shambu Naik. Dr. Balkrishna Ganpat Gawade will be the chief guest.
