Ramesh Zharmekar Calls for Collective Efforts to Preserve Sacred Groves A tree plantation programme was organised by Samrat Club Valpoi at the sacred grove within the premises of Shri Brahmani Mahamaya Rai Temple to promote environmental conservation. Speaking on the occasion, environmentalist Ramesh Zharmekar described the Koparde sacred grove as a priceless natural heritage passed down by ancestors and urged everyone to take responsibility for its preservation and protection for future generations.
