Yoga Walkathon Held in Panaji Ahead of International Yoga Day

DHS initiative promotes wellness, preventive healthcare and the theme “Yoga for Healthy Ageing” A Yoga Walkathon was organised at the Directorate of Health Services (DHS), Campal, as part of the build-up to the 12th International Day of Yoga on June 21. The event brought together healthcare workers, students, AYUSH practitioners and citizens to promote yoga, physical activity and preventive healthcare while spreading awareness on holistic wellness.
